This Cabernet was picked at 28.3 Brix on October 6th, 2017. The grapes were cold soaking when the power went out due to the Wine Country Firestorm. 6 days later the grapes were innoculated with D254. They were aged in new and used Taransaud and Darnajou French Oak barrel for 18 months.
