This Cab franc was picked October 18th at 26.8 Brix. It is the third harvest from clone 214 planted in 2016 on 110R at the Old Federal Vineyard. It was aged in new and used Taransaud and Darnajou French Oak barrel for 18 months. Franc tends to have lower acidity than its offspring, sauvignon and this wine is indeed more plush and rich.
